Shipping and Delivery

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery and via one of the many international carriers we use for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom. It is our aim to ensure that all orders for stocked products will be shipped within 3-5 working days of receipt. Where this is not possible, we will contact you either by phone or email to discuss alternative options. If we don’t have all of your items in stock we will hold your order until complete. We will inform you of this and also our estimated date of receipt of stock. If this is unacceptable you may change or cancel your order.

For international deliveries, it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes and to ensure that the products being delivered adhere to your country’s import laws.

Please note that due to Covid-19 disruptions fulfilment of certain orders will take longer than usual. Therefore, please wait for the confirmation from our sales team who will provide you with more specific delivery timings.

Returns and Replacement

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have 7 days from receiving the goods to check them over and, if you are not happy with it or no longer require it, can return the item to us for a full refund which we will issue within 30 days of receiving the goods. Anything that is made to order, bespoke or cut to length is excluded from the returns policy but if you are unhappy with the product please contact us and we will see what we can do.

If a product develops a fault or otherwise fails, please contact us to arrange repair or replacement.

Please note that all online and phone orders cannot be returned to any of our stores and must be processed by our online sales team.
